I’m quite aware historic preservation regulations have been abused by NIMBY fanatics in the past. But there are legitimate historic preservation concerns out there. And, as I mentioned last month, the new Cambridge ordinance, as written, is almost inviting trouble. The ordinance needs some common-sense tweaking.
